Kathleen is active in the management and direct supervision of all contracts, with a strong focus on supporting our cleaners to perform to a meticulous standard. Our focus on training aims to ensure everyone performs cleaning to the highest standard of detail and is fully equipped, and skilled, to attend to any type of cleaning task.
We offer a personalise service by creating a site-specific sequence and procedure to clean all areas. Our dedicated team is trained to look after your premises with a Head Cleaner to lead the team. They also utilise an app each session to upload schedules completed, photos and report any maintenance or anything out of the ordinary. Our manager undertakes regular checks to assess the team’s efficiency and accuracy, so we deliver consistent and quality cleaning day in day out.

What really sets us apart is our use of Probiotics In Progress (PIP) cleaners. Imported probiotic cleaning products that neutralise germs and bacteria leaving surfaces hygienically clean and free from harsh chemicals and strong odours.

Our team also utilises biodegradable and environmentally sustainable cleaning products where the Probiotic cleaner is unable to be used (such as glass cleaning, in urinals and toilet bowls). We aim to reduce the impact on our environment as much as possible.

The last several years has seen Kathleen bounce back from a personal challenge with increased passion and enthusiasm for Spot On Site Services. Her tenacity and commitment has seen her implement several changes within the business to streamline processes, develop a proactive culture and improve communication channels. With a focus on creating greater efficiency and team-work to bring our clients the best possible hygienic cleaning Kathleen remains a hands-on and dedicated to meeting our clients requirements.
She believes the recipe for the success of Spot On is working closely with clients, Building Managers and OC Managers to accommodate their unique needs, respond quickly to special requests and the adaptability to meet change.

Tamara officially joined the Spot On Site Services team in July 2016, bringing her significant skills in office management. Her primary role is to maintain smooth operations by implementing systems and processes that are efficient and effective. This includes the management of all invoicing and purchasing, overseeing the flow of initial quote through to contract commencement, and an assortment of other vital communication and record keeping processes.

Aadesh is a valuable new additional to the Spot On Site Services team. A career cleaner, Aadesh is responsible for the management and delivery of our cleaning services at The Precinct, a 467-apartment complex in Abbotsford. He is also responsible for the assessment and reporting of many of our sites across Melbourne, ensuring our teams are following processes and our high level of quality is maintained.
